Orders

All purchases are final and non-returnable, except under the specific circumstances outlined below:

• Damaged Items or Order Errors
  Any damages or discrepancies in your order must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be honoured
• Replacement for Damaged Items
  Reported damaged items will be promptly addressed. Discounts for selling damaged items at a reduced price will not be provided.
• Returned Mail
  If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
• Lost or Damaged by Logistics Providers
  BLOKE is not responsible for errors made by shipping providers. For undelivered packages (over 3 weeks for domestic shipments or 6 weeks for international shipments), please contact us for instructions on filing claims with the logistics provider.

Shipping Policy

• BLOKE offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and Nigeria for orders over 300 GBP. Shipping discounts are automatically applied during checkout.
• For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs or duties fees, which can be prepaid during checkout if desired.

Returns Policy

Products purchased online are eligible for free returns within 5 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit is not available.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Items purchased at discounted prices (final sale).
• Custom or personalized products.
